Business update

AR Market is now taking seafood pre-orders. Orders placed by 5 PM on Wednesdays will be delivered two days later, on Fridays. This week’s order form (with pricing) is here. Selection includes a variety of fish, squid, oysters, scallops and shrimp. You can even request a white wine pairing. AR Market is located at 159 Main Street and the seafood is delivered fresh from Boston markets.

Rainbow Bridge Community Center will host a community open mic on Saturday the 10th. The description from their Facebook event page: Signup opens at 5:30 PM with music and mingling, then performances 6:00-7:30. 2-5 minute spots. Singers, musicians, poets, comics, storytellers. All ages and abilities welcome! Live auction prizes. RBCC is located at 81 Main Street. RBCC is also taking input from the community to help them plan their future. 

rabbit & wolf present an evening of erotic poetry featuring Heather Orman and Miriam Ben-Dor at Fox Market on Friday the 9th. The description from their Facebook event page: Anonymous dirty love notes written by you onsite - random selections read on the mic by your host. We'll try to arrange a fainting couch - it's a bring your own pearls to clutch situation though. The event starts at 7 PM. Fox Market is located at 3070 Route 2 in East Montpelier.
